How to be a licencee?

A licensee must possess the following prerequisites to succeed in the operating of the The Victoria Readers programme.

Personality Requirement

The licensee should:

  • Possess a good command of spoken English
  • Have a genuine interest in educating young children
  • Have the ability to relate to young children
  • Be open to creative approaches to motivate young children
  • Possess the intellectual acumen to determine the different stages of development in a child to allow him" to develop at his" own pace

A certificate will be issued after the licensee has successfully undergone a Complete Training course in the following:

  • The Victoria Readers' programme
  • Phonetics
  • Other methods of teaching reading
