How to be a licencee?

A licensee must possess the following prerequisites to succeed in the operating of the The Victoria Readers programme.

Personality

Requirement

The licensee should:

Possess a good command of spoken English
Have a genuine interest in educating young children
Have the ability to relate to young children
Be open to creative approaches to motivate young children
Possess the intellectual acumen to determine the different stages of development in a child to allow him" to develop at his" own pace

A certificate will be issued after the licensee has successfully undergone a Complete Training course in the following:

The Victoria Readers'programme
Phonetics
Other methods of teaching reading
